We are living in dangerous times. Our democracy, as well as those all around the world, are being attacked by Fascist and Authoritarian regimes. 

We need to understand that the most importand issue of the day is not social issues. It is not Gay Rights, Civil Rights or any other issues you might hold dear. It is defending and preserving democracy, because, if democracy is gone, nothing else will happen.
